A cute ice cream shop with unique offerings. The kids working here seem a little frustrated at times, but they make up for that in their efficiency and overall professionalism. They must work their asses off because this location is BUSY. Can't beat the Vienna beef Hot dog/chips deal. Plus, location is easy to get to from the bike trail.
The staff is always so friendly and we love coming here for special seasonal flavors like pumpkin, cinnamon, and pistachio. :-) We also enjoy the special caramel apples, which we often share with friends, and we are looking forward to trying the "sundae kit" soon! We love Diary Belle! :-)
The ambiance was amazing ! They have a cute little spot to sit and take photos , or play a quick game . Photos of the ice cream treats so it's easy for the kiddos to pick! I had the pineapple dole whip and my son the Cookie Monster, soo good !
Ice cream is definitely a vice of mine. I have definitely had plenty of it. So trust me when I say that this is a great treat! The ice cream is perfectly rich and they are heavy handed on the add ons. It ranks up there with some of the best I have had in my travels. The cashier was very friendly and not pushy. Gave me enough time to decide and look over there many add ons and options. I really enjoyed the cookie dough shake.
I stopped here for a snack and got a peanut butter milkshake. Wow! The shake was so good and refreshing! It was thick, very creamy, and wasn't too peanut butter-y. They were out of a small, so I got a medium. It looked like a large. But it was so good! The girl taking my order was very polite, friendly, and bubbly. I'll definitely have to come back soon and try the other items on the menu.
Today is the day. Its Wiener Wednesday folks! Get a Chicago Pup for $1.25, Chips .50 drink .50 and a cookie for .25 cents!...want a polish it's only 2.25! The wife and I make this trek to capitalize. The chi dogs are all beef with everything...since your in Indiana if you want a true chi dog ask them to hold the ketchup. This is a great deal a lot of bang for your buck. Getting ready to get back in line the dogs were delicious and now it's time for a swirl cone. Best ice cream in town!
This is one of my favorite places to have an ice cream cone in northwest Indiana. I used to come here quite often when I lived in the area. My fave is the soft serve chocolate and vanilla swirl cone. Sweet and delicious! On weenie Wednesday you can get a Vienna beef hotdog for $1.25 with all the fixins.
